| Client Reveal Protocol |
| Upon completion of an investigation, all investigators will have one to two weeks (depending on the amount of recorded media and length of investigation) to analyze their own evidence which may consist of, but not limited to, digital still photos, video, audio and audio from video cameras. Upon completion of analysis, all presumed evidence (photos, video clips and audio clips) will be sent to the founder(s) of T.Az.P.R.S. for final analysis and confirmation of paranormal evidence. After all of the evidence is compiled, the client will be notified and a meeting may or may not be scheduled for the reveal of captured evidence. Some clients prefer to have the evidence e-mailed to them. Absolutely no evidence will be sent to the client before the scheduled reveal. Attending this meeting with the client will be at least two "T.Az.P.R.S. representatives. The “Reveal Meeting” will consist of: 1. Introductions between all present. 2. Setting up the laptop computer for the reveal of evidence. 3. Explanation of the steps of investigation and equipment used. 4. Revealing the evidence in a manner which allows the client to ask questions in order to fully understand what was recorded in their home. 5. Answering the client’s questions truthfully, honestly and to the best of our ability with care and respect to the client’s feelings. 6. If requested by the client, leaving a disc of the evidence presented and thanking them for the opportunity to investigate their home as well as reassurance that we are here for support with respect to the validation of reported paranormal activity. If the evidence merits a follow up investigation, available dates will be researched and the client will be contacted to schedule the follow up investigation.
