Standard Order of Investigation Procedures
This is just a list of procedures in the order of occurrence that a paranormal investigation
team may undergo for a standard paranormal investigation.
While other groups have their own order of procedures, this is just our (T.Az.P.R.S.) order of
procedures without extensive details for public information purposes only.

1.  There is the initial contact from the client.

2. A reply is sent to the client to schedule a telephone interview.

3. A telephone interview with questionnaire is conducted to gather information.

4. The investigation is scheduled.

5. Choose and notify all attending investigators with investigation information.

6. Research is conducted on the investigation location.

7. The investigation schedule is confirmed with the client.

8. Prepare yourself and personal equipment for the investigation.

9. Arrive to the investigation location on time.

10. Have the client sign all required investigation documents of release.

11. Proceed with your planned equipment set up and placement procedure.

12. Coordinate investigation teams and their placement.

13. Log and/or document all information of EMF, temperature and other data base lines.

14. Locate and find reasonable explanations for reported sounds or activity.

15. Conduct planned EVP sessions or other communication efforts.

16. Document the investigation with video cameras, still cameras and audio recorders.

17. Conclude investigation after reasonable length of time or at predetermined end time.

18. Analyze all personally collected evidence closely and save selections in proper formats.

19. Present saved selections and pictures to the founder(s) for further analysis.

20. Contact client to schedule presentation of evidence.

21. If evidence merits a follow up investigation or the client requests one, follow up with the
client with available dates and schedule accordingly.
