general impressions:

We received an e-mail from the client and proceeded with contacting her and conducting a
telephone interview to get as much information as possible for a few important reasons, which is
our standard protocol. Here are some reasons why:
#1. For the safety of our investigators.
#2. To inform our investigators as to what they may be walking into as to make the proper
preparations for the investigations.
#3. To establish a "level of classification" of a possible haunting. This includes understanding
what events are being reported as activity.
Any telephone interview with any client is where honesty plays an important role. The truth is
very important to us as we base our investigation on the acceptance
of the client's word as being true.

The following report is from the interview and investigators:

Home: 1,300 sq. ft.
Home built: Early 1980's
Client's arrival: 2007
Occupants interested in the occult: Yes, Wicca when younger.
Ouija Board used: Yes.
(The client stated she stopped 10 years ago).
Sounds heard in the home: Footsteps in master bedroom, the windows rattled one by one
throughout the home until complete, heavy breathing, knocks, banging,
sounds of drawers opening and closing.
Any voices heard: Client has heard her name being called.
Children have heard their names called.
Electrical problems: Yes, TV died- no reason, light bulbs do not last long, fuse box problems.
Telephone rang before it was plugged in. Printer came on by itself.
Physical attacks: Yes, scratches and bruises.

Report from T.Az.P.R.S. Administrator Gino Madrid:

When we arrived at the location, Randy and I entered the home. Both of us felt a strong
heaviness in the living room. Nothing to report about the tour, except that the doorknob to the
daughter's room had been taken off because the girl was having a problem getting locked into
rooms throughout the house. After the tour, the 4 team members present spoke with the client
and her boyfriend outside before they left. During the conversation, it was brought up that the
client had dabbled in witchcraft when she was a teen, but that she hadn't done anything with it
for over ten years. Her boyfriend seemed surprised by this. I asked her if she practiced dark or
light magic. She avoided giving me an answer and just said that you can't have one without the
other. I asked her again if she had been practicing recently and she said again, not for over ten
years, but I got the distinct feeling that she was not telling the truth.
The homeowners left after that.
During set up, I was positioning one of the DVR cameras in the girl's room. The camera was fixed
to a tripod and elevated as much as possible. To get a little more lift, I closed the legs as
much as possible. Since the legs were in such a position, and Randy's camera was teetering 7
feet off the ground, I was extremely conscious of the placement of the feet, so I was looking
down at them quite a bit. After we had the shot we wanted, I left the room and continued
setting up. Randy noticed a bit later that the camera angle in the girl's room had changed, so I
went to reset it. When I reached the camera, there was an empty 2 liter bottle up against
one of the legs. I am very certain that it was not there before.
After setup, we had a team meeting out back, then we went in to get started. We went into the
Master bedroom first. We started asking EVP questions and I remembered the client mentioning
that she had some items under her bed. I looked under the bed and the only item on her side
was a red wicker basket. I pulled it out to examine it. On top there was incense, some tins for
burning candles, and about 8 candles, all had been lit. I removed those items and underneath
were tarot cards. I moved them to one side and there were bottles of oils, mostly unmarked.
Underneath those were some crystals. One stood out to me and I picked it up. It was clear,
about an inch and a half long and an inch wide. It had a blood red center and I put it on the bed
and took a picture of it with my phone. That's when it started getting weird. I was suddenly
overcome with a sense of dread and panic. Lauren began to reach for the basket to see what
else was inside and I stopped her. I quickly put everything back into the basket and put it under
the bed. I was trembling. After returning the basket I tried to stand up and couldn't. I didn't
tell anyone because the room was already very tense as the K-2 meter was pegged. I have never
seen the K-2 meter pegged, two or three lights on occasion, but it was fully lit up and
sustaining. A couple of times it dropped to zero lights, but then pegged again. From my position
on the side of the bed (on my knees) I looked out the bedroom door across to the girl's room and
saw a shadow standing in the doorway. I announced that I saw something and Lauren, who was
standing right next to me, said she saw a shadow standing in the door. Randy swung his camera
and must have seen it too because he said that he thought he caught it with his camera. With the
K-2 meter still going off, I forced myself up off the floor, but was in immense pain. Even after I
was standing, my entire body was trembling. (note: at this time, none of the boxes were turned
on) After the interaction with the K-2 stopped, we went outside for a break. I apologized to the
group because honestly, I knew better than to take the stuff out of the basket. I should have
just browsed through it without removing any items. After the break, Randy and I decided to go
in and turn the boxes on. We had them set up in a manner that had a different kind of energy in
each room so we could see which box did what. When we went inside, Randy noticed that there
were very high EMF coming from the front door jam and the center of the door. There were no
wires running there, and the EMF dropped off when we checked the outside of the door, but
returned when we came back inside. While Randy was standing in the center of the room, and I
had my back to the door, I felt something blanket my back and all the hairs on my body stood on
end. I told Randy that it was behind me and when he put the emf meter by my back, it pegged. I
walked away from where I was standing and the EMF dropped off. When he put it by my back they
picked up again. I sat down on the stairs and Randy started getting a signal away
from me, but I could still feel it on my back.
We turned all the boxes on after I started to feel a little better then went outside again.
After returning inside, we did EVP sessions throughout the house. We got emf spikes in the
girl's room, and Angie, who was just outside of the doorway, started choking. We went outside
to regroup and my back pain continued growing to the point that I couldn't stand up straight.
There were definite sounds coming from downstairs while we were upstairs. It sounded as if
someone was down there moving stuff around.
They were not typical house noises and were being caused by something.
We went back in and that's when we did the dowsing rod experiment and water experiment then we
wrapped it up. I'll let the others fill you in on their experiences, but honestly, after whatever
it was jumped on my back, I lost focus.

General impressions: my belief is that there is one in particular that is the leader... It is older
and more powerful than the others. The others I refer to as children, but they are more like
minions. They are lower level and more mischievous than the other one. The house was
decorated with Halloween stuff everywhere you looked.

Report from T.Az.P.R.S. Technical Director Randy Arbogast:

After we arrived, we set up energy emitting devices, stationary audio and DVR cams and monitor.
After setting up cams I noticed that the cam in girls bed room had changed, slightly facing right
from where we had it. Gino went to inspect it and found that a 2 liter bottle was up against the
tripod leg. It was not there during setup and we don't know where it came from. From the
upstairs master bedroom, we all heard an audible female voice but could not understand what
was said. It wasn't long afterward that Gino dropped his flashlight and it rolled under the bed.
As he searched for it, he found the client's witchcraft basket/cauldron that the client
mentioned she had there. When Gino was looking at it, the K-2 meter went nuts and a sharp pain
started happening in Gino's back. As he quickly put the basket back under the bed, he witnessed a
shadow between the master bedroom and daughter's room. I swung my camera around in hopes of
catching it but it was too late. After the K-2 went full bars a couple of times we went into the
daughter's room to conduct an EVP session. The ghost meter and K-2 meter picked up a magnetic
field by the window. After conducting the EVP session, we were getting ready to walk out into
another part of the home. As Angie was stepping out of the room, she felt as if something was
choking her. She began to choke violently and we pulled everyone out of the house. We all were
a little upset about that and after having a smoke break, Gino and I returned inside to turn on
our energy emitting boxes. After doing so, my ghost meter and K-2 meter picked up a high reading
from the front door. It was wooden and had a small oval glass window in the top half of it. No
sooner after that, Gino felt some one behind him so I put the ghost meter to his back and it
detected a magnetic field on his right shoulder only. I then demanded it to leave him alone and
the field remained not moving in any direction. I asked Gino to walk away so he walked to the
stairs and sat down. The electromagnetic field stayed with him. He also stated that he felt like
it was behind him too. The few times that I went up the stairs, I started getting a very sick feeling
all the way to my stomach along with the jitters. This happened several times throughout the
investigation. We all went outside to take a break and came back in later. Angie asked if she
could use the dousing rods and we agreed and also placed the ghost meter in front of her.
The interaction was caught on video.
Afterward, we headed back upstairs to conduct the water experiment
choosing the upstairs hallway. It seemed like the most logical place. Afterward, Gino was kinda
crippled from the pain in his back. Gino was standing on the top landing and said he heard noises
coming from the kitchen. As we were walking out to take a break, I set my video cam pointing
towards the kitchen. As we were all outside, we witnessed the light emitting from the DVR
monitor going from dimmer to brighter several times throughout the break.
We soon concluded the investigation and Lauren called home owner to come back as they had
left while we investigated.

Report from T.Az.P.S. Investigator Angie Smith:

From the beginning of the investigation I had a strong sense of being watched and an overall
uneasiness with the home. After prepping all of my equipment I noticed that my digital camera
battery was almost dead and I had charged and or replaced all of my batteries the night before.
So I recharged my camera and helped do a sweep of the up and downstairs to get a base
temperature reading and to see if there were any EMF leaks that may be a source of these
strong feelings. At that time I found nothing out of the ordinary in any sockets or walls. Just
normal electrical spikes but no abnormal leaks. After getting our base temperature readings
and some photos we began our investigation in the upstairs master bedroom. Almost as soon as
we walked in the room we began having experiences. There were a lot of knocks and bangs on
the walls and ceiling. At approximately 10:06pm we were conducting an EVP session in the
master bedroom when we heard the voice of a woman. This was heard by the entire group and
picked up by my digital voice recorder. Almost immediately after hearing the woman's voice
Randy and I heard a growling noise. A few minutes after that I heard a whisper, but I'm not sure
if it was male or female. During the time we were all experiencing these voices, we were getting
emf, K-2 spike/responses to our questions. We had three meters lying on the bed and for
several minutes we were getting responses to our questions. They did not seem to be random
hits, they seemed to correspond to the questions being asked. At about 10:25 pm the group was
continuing thier EVP session and taking photos, when I had stepped over to the door to take
some photos of the hallway and the bedroom. After taking several photos I stopped to look
over a few of them. While still standing in the doorway I suddenly felt my throat close up and
couldn't breath. I was coughing uncontrollably. This lasted for about a minute, but it took at
least an hour before my throat felt like it was back to normal. I was also trembling and my
heart was racing for several hours. I cannot explain any of this or tell you if it was
paranormal or not, but there was some corroborating evidence that makes me lean towards it
being paranormal activity. Gino told me that the EMF and K-2 detectors had been blinking
continuously but suddenly stopped just seconds before my episode began. I also have an EVP
that was recorded at the time of the episode of a man that says "I made it happen" or something
to that effect. It is definitely an acknowledgment of his presence. The group decided that
because of the things that were happening that we should take a break from that room and go
outside to regroup. While outside I noticed my camera battery again was almost dead, so I
checked the rest of my equipment and found that my walkie talkie was also dead.
I went in to get my other walkie talkie and found that it too had a dead battery but it had not
been used at all that night.
At about 10:40 we came in from outside and went to the living room to take more photos and get
new EMF readings. I watched as Randy scanned the perimeter of the front door. The EMF meter
spiked around the entire circumference of the door. We checked for any electrical sources but
there were none we could find and no other reason for this EMF hit.
At the end of the evening, I asked Gino to look into the bedroom where I had set up my motion
detector. I wanted to make sure the lanterns batteries were still working. Gino informed me
that it had tipped over so I went in to set it back up. I noticed that it would not come on so I
checked the battery. The battery was dead, and it was a brand new battery.
My final experience happened when the group sat down in a circle to see what kind of energy we
could pick up with the dowsing rods. Immediately we began getting meter responses that
directly corresponded with the answers I was getting with the dowsing rods.
This session was filmed in its entirety by Randy.
After going over all of my evidence and taking all of my personal experiences into
consideration, it is my personal opinion that there is paranormal activity occurring in this home.
Of all the locations I have been to since becoming an paranormal investigator,
this is the most active location I have ever investigated.
In conclusion, the following is what I believe to be true based on a combination of evidence
collected and personal experiences. I feel like there may be more than one spirit/entity there
and each one seems to have their own "personality" if you will. I sense there to be some negative
and some positive. I personally experienced some of the negative activity and would highly
recommend they seek advice from the directors of T.Az.P.S. on how they can get additional
assistance to help rid their home of whatever is there disrupting their lives.

When we arrived at the house around 9pm, I felt a sense of "dread" upon entering. The client
took us upstairs to the master bedroom. At first I couldn't enter because I couldn't breath.
While we set up the equipment, it felt like someone was watching us although it didn't bother me
at first. As the team went onto the back porch to take a break, i was sitting facing the window
and I felt as if something angry or evil was watching us. In the master bedroom, Gino and I saw
something standing in the hall watching us. As we moved into the daughter's bedroom, Angie
stepped into the doorway and started choking.
Alarmed, we decided to leave the house and take a break.
After Gino and Randy went back in, Gino said that it felt like something was on his back. The
whole time, I was hearing something downstairs while we were upstairs and vice versa. At one
point I was hearing voices but couldn't make out what was being said. One of the weirdest things
I had experienced at the house was the feeling that something was trying to separate me from
the team.
With all that had happened, I feel that we conducted ourselves professionally
and did what we could to get answers for the family.

conclusion

It was learned that the client had not stopped dabbling in the occult ten years ago, but in fact,
three and a half years ago, but that doesn't explain the reason
why the basket of specific items was under the bed.
There seems to be something there in the home, something that doesn't like females or being
stuck in that home. Whatever or whomever it may be is a difficult question to answer,
especially if the occult is involved.
There were growls heard and recorded, a woman's voice heard and recorded, different male
voices were heard and recorded as well as two investigators physically attacked. The amount of
EVP was abundant and many different emotional feelings were felt by all.
When something has been brought forth from else where by use of witchcraft or other occult
venues, it has been said that only the same venues can banish what was brought
forth back to where it was summoned from.
We thank the client for inviting us into her home for the investigation. All intentions were good
as we needed to validate what was going on in there, which I feel we did.
We are sorry and wish we could have helped the client send whatever was summoned by the
occult back to where it belongs, but that just isn't what we do.
We will pray that she will be able to do this successfully without any harm coming to her,
or anyone else in the home.
